Contents and Services of Third Parties (services and linking)

Based on the legitimate interest of the provider, a situation can arise where contents, services and benefits of third parties are integrated which complement our service offerings. We are committed to integrating only third-party services which use IP addresses solely to provide their contents. However, we have no control as to whether a third party logs IP addresses for example for statistical purposes. Objection to Advertising Email

In the context of the legal obligation to provide imprint information, we must publish our contact details. This is partially used by third parties for the sending of unwanted advertisements and information. We object to the sending of advertising material of any kind not expressly authorized by us. We explicitly reserve the right to take legal action against unwanted and unrequested sending of advertising material. This applies especially for so-called spam mails, spam letters and spam faxes. We point out that the unauthorised transmission of advertising material can have competitive-juridical, civil and criminal rights consequences. Especially spam mails and spam faxes can lead to high claims for damages when they disrupt the smooth business operation by overfilling email inboxes or blocking fax lines.
